How to enter a Hilton corporate code

1. Go to hilton.com or open the Hilton app and pick your destination and dates.
2. Click Add Special Rates in the search box.
3. Select Corporate Account as the rate type.
4. Type the company's code in the Corporate Account field.
5. Click Find Rates. Properties that honor that code will show up; book if the corporate rate beats Best Available.

Hilton Honors points and elite-qualifying nights still accrue on a corporate booking — the code does not void your status.

Restrictions (as the listings state them)

• Corporate rates are tied to a company's negotiated agreement. You can use a code only if you have a legitimate business affiliation with that company — as an employee, a client, or a supplier the company has cleared.
• Expect to prove it at check-in: a company ID, a work email address the hotel can verify, or other quick proof. Hotels increasingly verify eligibility, and enforcement is uneven by region.
• A code being listed is not permission to use it. If the hotel determines you don't qualify, it can reprice your booking to the best public or loyalty rate.
• Most corporate rates are intended for business travel. Leisure trips are a gray area, and some leisure destinations won't honor the code at all.
• Availability varies by property and date. Not every property shows every corporate rate even when one exists.
